After Diana's fall, it's difficult to say if she'll ever dance again. In the meantime, COOL needs a sponsor for it's upcoming anniversary performance. Mr. Harukichi Suehiro agrees to sponsor them on the condition that Aya not be in the performance. Akira agrees, but Aya has a harder time coming to terms with these conditions.
