Cover Girl, Spirit and Snake Eyes investigate a series of child disappearances with strange similarities.  The team finds the missing children, but are unable to rescue them due to mysterious circumstances.  The three G.I. Joe agents return to the newly reformed PIT with an eerie feeling they will encounter the children again...
