The Darklyte crusade nears it's conclusion. Malagen and his vampire hordes have pushed the armies of the Eastern kingdoms to the brink of defeat. Our heroes have one final hope. On the flaming ruins of the battlefield, King Atrelegis, wielder of the legendary Darklyte armor, and formerly a vampire in Malagen's army himself, confronts his dark heritage and challenges Malagen to a battle that will decide the fate of an entire world! Meanwhile, G'Dar ventures off alone against the demon lord Astaroth, to avenge the death of his brother.
